Just about everyone big in the game works with DJ Khaled.
One of the rules of jumping on a record with the ultra-positive curator is that you don't diss other artists on his tracks.
Khaled was discussing his relationship with Drake during an interview with DJ Semtex when Semtex brought up Drizzy's line on the 2011 Khaled track 'I’m On One' which seems to jab at JAY-Z:
I’m just feeling like the throne is for the taking Watch me take it," Drake raps.Here's how Khaled responded to Semtex referencing those bars:
“Let me be clear, everybody knows working with me that I’m not about no diss records,” Khaled explained. “So that’s not happening.” “Sometimes there’ll be lyrics in the track, and I don’t catch it until the record comes out,” Khaled continued. “Sometimes I’m so excited to get the verse, and I don’t realize it be a subliminal in there. At the end of the day, I get it. We all do it in a certain way ... Subliminals? Do I want them on my records? No. Does it happen? Yes. As long as there's no name-calling. They know I won't allow that."

For what it's worth, Drake has publically denied dissing JAY-Z on the track.
