Diddy's Legal Team Wants Kid Cudi's Testimony Tossed Out

Last week, during his testimony in Diddy's sex trafficking trial, Kid Cudi confirmed the rumor that Diddy blew up his car in 2012 for dating Cassie.

The singer said that a Molotov Cocktail was used, and his Porsche was damaged beyond repair. 

He met up with Cassie and Diddy at some point afterward to discuss their love triangle, and that's when the car was brought up.

"What are we going to do about my car?" Cudi said he asked Diddy.

"I don’t know what you’re talking about," Diddy replied.

Cudi said that he thought the Bad Boy founder was lying, but the defense says he has no proof and is merely giving his opinion. 

 So, they want everything Cudi said about the vehicle thrown out.

The judge is now reviewing their request, according to TMZ, and has yet to rule.
