According to Diddy's former personal chef, the rap mogul and his friends liked to show her their sausages.

Cindy Rueda is suing Puff for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and violation of whistleblower protection.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Rueda claims that she was "regularly summoned" to serve Diddy and his guests while they "engaged in or immediately following sexual activity." When she saw Puff naked, he asked her if she liked what she was looking at.

So also claims she was harassed by Diddy's naked guests, including a man who asked her to check out his junk.

Puffy fired Rueda for stealing a watch. But she says it was all a set up so they could get rid of her, and make her sign an exit agreement waiving all of her rights to sue.

She didn't sign, and now she is suing.

A rep for Diddy has responded, saying "This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause."
