There's been a renewed interest in 2Pac's unsolved murder for a couple of reasons.
The first is the new documentary Tupac Assassination III: Battle for Compton. That film alleges that Pac was collateral damage in an attempted hit on Suge Knight. It was widely reported that Suge Knight had cosigned the theory, but his lawyer denied this was the case.
The second is Pac's introduction into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame this weekend.
Another popular theory has Diddy ordering the death of Pac. (And then Suge Knight retaliating by taking out Biggie.)
