Puff Daddy will not take the stand during his RICO and sex trafficking trial.

While Suge Knight had advised Diddy to talk directly to the jury, his legal team disagreed, and the disgraced mogul will exercise his constitutional right not to testify.

The trial is off today due to a juror calling in sick, and it will be off tomorrow in observance of Juneteenth.  It will wrap up its sixth week on Friday.

Judge Arun Subramanian believes the trial will be finished by the Fourth of July.

Puff is facing one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He could get up to life.
