As the Diddy trial continues, Puffy's behavior has become an issue.

Yesterday,  without the jury present, Judge Arun Subramanian warned Puff's lawyers that he might ban the disgraced mogul from the Lower Manhattan courtroom if he continued to look, nod, or make facial expressions at jurors.

Subramanian told defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo he had already warned them about Puff's theatrics, yet they continue.

“I looked and I saw your client looking at the jury and nodding vigorously,” CNN reported the judge telling the attorney. “It is absolutely unacceptable.”

Diddy is facing life in prison on RICO and sex trafficking charges.
