Diddy will be fighting for the rest of his life when his sex trafficking case goes to trial later this year.
He'll be doing so with one less lawyer.
Anthony Ricco, who had been one of his attorneys, reportedly filed a motion today in the Southern District of New York federal court to recuse himself from the case.
"Under no circumstances can [he] continue to effectively serve as counsel for Sean Combs, consistent with the ABA Standards for Criminal Justice," read the motion.
He didn't explain why he felt compelled to leave the case.
