Did Tory Lanez Steal The Track 'Boink Boink' From Seattle Rapper Macntaj?

by HHL JT

Tory Lanez dropped the project Loner earlier this week.

Its lead single "Boink Boink," is similar to Macntaj's track 'Hood Burger," which hit YouTube about three weeks before 'Boink Boink' dropped.  Lanez is known to work very quickly, so it stands to reason he could have heard Good Burger before making "Boink Boink."

In addition to the sonic similarities, each video takes place in a diner.  Check them both out.

Macntaj has addressed the alleged theft.

"I'm low-key honored though.  I'm not mad.  Other people are mad for me.  I'm more or less intrigued.  It's just interesting that he'll do some sh*t like that.  Because he doesn't need to do anything like that.  He has a much bigger platform than me. He got way more fans than me.  He got way more money than me," Macntaj explained.

Did Tory commit a foul on this one?
