Kodak Black was released from a St. Lucia County, Florida jail this week, after serving a few months on drug possession charges.

The bad news is he was transferred to a jail in Florence, South Carolina to face charges of criminal sexual conduct.

Now we have more details of the SC incident, which took place on February 7, 2016.

"[Kodak] forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room," the warrant says. "The defendant removed the victim's underwear" and attacked the victim orally and then then penetrated her, it says. The "victim repeatedly told the defendant no and to stop. The defendant did not stop," the warrant continues.
The victim, who was not named, had bite marks on her neck and breast and was administered a rape kit upon reporting the assault. It is said to have confirmed her injuries.

Black had played a club in Florence on February 6.

If convicted of criminal sexual conduct, the 19-year old faces up to 30 years in jail.

Black's lawyers have proclaimed his innocence.
