Brandon Johnson admitted in an interview with TMZ that he supplied Demi Lovato with the drugs she ODed on.
He bragged that he got the Oxycodone they smoked together in Mexico and admitted he had no idea if it had been laced with Fentanyl. He also said he had a sexual relationship with Lovato, supplied her with drugs multiple times, and left her sleeping on the night in question.
It seemed to be an amazing display of self-snitching. Especially since Johnson was arrested with a stash of guns, drugs, and cash in March and got busted for DUI and cocaine possession in June.
But the interview will not come back to haunt Johnson.
Police sources tell TMZ that Johnson won't be investigated -- let alone charged -- in the incident because an overdose is categorized as a self-induced medical emergency, not a criminal act.
