A few months ago, Delonte West was back hooping in the gym and talking about joining Ice Cube's Big3 league.

A few months before that he was storming a police station in Florida and ranting about LeBron James.

Before that, he was in rehab courtesy of Mark Cuban.

Before that, he was begging and fighting on the streets of DC.

Sadly, it seems the former NBA starter is back to begging.

The 38-year-old was spotted on the Richmond Highway in Alexandria, Virginia this week panhandling with a sign.
