Houston rapper DeeBaby says he's on the verge of signing a deal for almost $20 million, which the 27-year-old says will make up for his first deal, which he signed when he was down bad.

"That's when I signed for $15 [thousand], thinking I'd get the whole thing up front," DeeBaby said.  "Hell year, I'm going to sign again.  I'm my own person I'm finally free.  I'm about to sing for 19.5 for three albums and two mixtapes, option."
