Daz Dillinger Calls Out Dr. Dre Over Unpaid Royalties For 'The Chronic'

by Daryl Nelson

Daz Dillinger has accused Dr. Dre of stealing his royalties from The Chronic, Dre's classic album from 1992.

Tha Dogg Pound rapper has credits on songs like "The Day the N*ggaz Took Over," "Deeez Nuuuts," and "Bitches Ain't Sh*t."

"HAPPY 31st C DAY TO THE CHRONIC @drdre BUT WHEN CAN WE RECEIVE OUR ROYALITIES," wrote Daz on Instagram. "ARE YOU OR @interscope GONE ROBB US LIKE @deathrowrecords 2024 & THE N*GGAS FROM THE PAST WHO RAN IT. Str8 Bitchez F*CEM ... REMEMBER DAZ COPYRIGHT REVERSIONS LAW IZ FILED I WANT % not points SO YALL ON A TIME LIMIT 4MORE YRS TIL IT REVERTS BAC THEN ITS REALLY LIKE F*CCEM I AINT CLEARING SH*T up IM COMIN."

There might be a question about who owns The Chronic.  After purchasing the label Death Row, Snoop Dogg said he owns it, but Dre's lawyer said Dre owns it.
