DaBaby's baby mama DaniLeigh is in big trouble.

She's been arrested for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

Witnesses saw DaniLeigh weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed early this morning before hitting a man on a scooter, dragging him for a block.

He's been hospitalized with a kidney laceration and a broken spine.

When the police caught DaniLeigh she failed a field sobriety test and blow twice the legal limit on a breathalyzer. 

She's been charged with three felonies.
