Damon Dash has been sounding a little unhinged lately. Perhaps that's because he's locked in a nasty custody battle with ex-wife Rachel Roy.
Roy recently got a restraining order against Dash after accusing him of being "an abusive stoner with a history of domestic violence" and an unfit father for daughters Ava (15) and Tallulah (6).
Dame has now fired back with a litany of charges against Roy. In court documents, Dash alleges that Roy has pulled on knife on him in from of Tallulah, and has also threatened his life by hurling plates. He also claims Roy has driven drunk with the little girl in the car, and that she has physical arguments with her older daughter Ava.
Additionally, he accuses Roy of stealing two $10,000 diamond chains from him.
So it looks like there are going to be many rounds of litigation for Dash and Roy. We wonder if Dame does the custody battle the "Harlem" way, which would have him acting as his own lawyer.
