Tyronesha Laws is suing DaBaby for slapping her before his Tampa show this weekend.

As a result of the assault, DaBaby was booed off stage and never performed.

Laws claims she wasn't even the person who struck DaBaby with their phone while filming him, which is why DaBaby says he got violent.

For DaBaby's part, he says Laws wasn't even the woman he slapped and his lawyer mentioned that other "victims" are also coming out of the woodwork

In Laws' lawsuit, she brings up DaBaby joking about the incident with Michael Blackson afterward, claiming that added to her suffering and humiliation.

"Our goal is to deter similar conduct in the future and send a message that this type of behavior is not tolerated in America," Laws attorney Matt Morgan stated.

Laws is seeking an undisclosed amount.
