According to radio personality Andy Slater, DaBaby has now admitted to firing off one round, which he says was in self-defense.
The rapper Wisdom has also been implicated in the shooting.

The rapper told cops he did it in self defense.
A senior law enforcement officer tells me that rapper “Wisdom” is also being questioned in connection with the shooting.
"Self-defense" has worked for DaBaby in the past. The NC spitter killed a guy in a Wal-Mart a few years back but wasn't even charged because of self-defense.
