Cordae Shows That a Prediction From His High School Days Came True With Dr. Dre Photo

by Daryl Nelson

Cordae just took part in the How It Started vs. How It’s Going challenge, where people post an old image of themselves next to a newer photo to show how far they've come.

The Lost Boy creator, who recently explained why he's no longer in the YBN crew, showed a yearbook photo of himself when he attended Westlake High School in Waldorf, Maryland.

Above the image it says, "Most Likely to Be Famous" and the other photo shows Cordae in the studio with Dr. Dre in 2018. That was the same session where Dre was seen praising Cordae's rap skills.

The 23-year-old spoke about Dre being his mentor during an interview with Billboard last year. Cordae also explained why he studies legendary Hip Hop artists in an interview with Beats 1 a few weeks ago.

What images would you post of yourself for the How It Started vs. How It’s Going challenge?
