Colin Kaepernick Added To Madden '21 & Given High Rating

The word is, Colin Kaepernick is getting zero interest from NFL teams.

However, now Madden owners can pick up the QB in franchise mode and start him week 1.

Kaep has been added to Madden '21 and given an 81 rating -- higher than Cam Newton, Josh Allen, Kyler Murray and Derek Carr.

"Colin Kaepernick is one of the top free agents in football and a starting caliber quarterback," EA Sports said in a statement. "Our team at EA Sports along with millions of Madden NFL fans wanted to see him back in the game."

As for the suspiciously high rating ...

"When Kaepernick was a healthy starting quarterback he was rated 89, 89, 81 overall and known for his strong touchdown-to-interception ratio, mobility, and playoff performances," EA Sports said, adding that the rating takes into account Kaep not having been on the field since 2016.
