When you see Ciara -- or any famous lady -- you are seeing them after a good deal of hair and makeup.
But Ciara pulled that mask off, so to speak, and showed the world what she looks like without the help.
"No makeup. No extensions. Vulnerable. My Beauty Marks and all. The real me.. and I love it. Finally embracing myself fully! It feels good," she wrote.
Ciara's ex Future recently clowned her husband Russell Wilson, saying she wears the pants in the family.
"He do exactly what she tell him to do," he said during an episode of Freebandz Radio on Apple Music. "He not being a man in that position. He not tellin' her, 'Chill out with that on the internet."
So perhaps Future wouldn't have let her post this photo if she was still with him.
