Tory Lanez is doing ten for making Megan Thee Stallion dance with a firearm.

He's locked up in California's North Kern State prison.

This week, the man driving the car on the night of the shooting claimed in a sworn statement he saw Meg's former best friend Kelsey -- not Tory -- with the gun.  He also said he wanted to present the info at the trial but wasn't allowed.

This has led to calls for a new trial, but there has been nothing yet on that front.
