Suge Knight is back in the news thanks to his surprise feature on his boy Nick Cannon's Eminem diss track "The Invitation."

We hadn't seen Suge, who's locked up at San Diego's Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility, for a minute.

Suge is serving a 28-year voluntary manslaughter sentence for running over an opp with his car.  The 54-year-old could home in as few as ten years, taking into account time served and California's overcrowded prisons.
