Kobe Bryant's legacy has been the subject of much debate ever since he died in a helicopter crash last month.

Some, like Snoop Dogg and Boosie Badazz, don't think the media should bring up the rape allegation against Kobe when they tell his story.

Others say it's fair game. The always-opinionated Charles Barkey is in the fair game camp.

"Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest basketball players ever, and he had a flaw that we all know about," Sir Charles said on the Today Show. "You have to tell the picture in totality. We're not trying to make Kobe out to be no hero, we're celebrating his basketball excellence. We understand what happened in Colorado, that's fair. But two things can be true."

What do you think?
