Back in November, Charlotte, North Carolina rapper Da Baby was involved in a deadly altercation that went down in a Huntersville Walmart. 

Da Baby reportedly shot and killed  19-year-old Jalyn Domonique Craig.

A police officer who happened to be right outside the store heard two to three shots fired and immediately entered, finding Craig dead. 

Four people, included Baby, were then taken in for questioning. 

There are some reports that Craig had tried to rob Baby, who then opened fire, and that very well may be the case.

On Thursday, police dropped all charges against Da Baby, whose real name is Jonathan Kirk. 

He was facing a charge of carrying a concealed gun in the case.
