Teka$hi 6ix9ine's suspended sentence for being a pedo is in jeopardy of becoming a real sentence thanks to another kind of kid touching: 6ix9ine was accused of grabbing the neck of 16-year  Santiago Albarran in a Houston mall earlier this year.

This summer, he was extradited to Texas to be arraigned on assault charges stemming from that case, and that was part of what prompted the Manhattan DA's petition to have the troll rapper locked up for 1-3 years.

But it looks like 6ix9ine's lawyers and accountants have taken care of Albarran. According to Say Cheese, after a meeting with Albarran, the Texas charges will be dropped.
