Tekashi 6ix9ine has been hanging out overseas ever since he got beat down in a South Florida gym bathroom.

Now he has another reason not to return home.

Rafael Medina, Jr., Octavious Medina, and Anthony Maldonado were all arrested for Croc-stomping the troll rapper and stealing his $3,000 Balenciaga shoes, an iPhone, and the $1,200 key fob to his Lamborghini.

Now, Anthony Maldonado, the Moe to the Medina's Larry and Curly, has been released from jail with all charges dropped.

The other two are still facing charges of assault and robbery and remain locked up.

Do you think Maldonado pulled a 6ix9ine?
