Chance The Rapper's 'Coloring Book' Will Be The First Project To Chart From Streams Only

Chance The Rapper's Coloring Book is making a lot of noise.

While Chance had vowed not to ever sell his music, he did strike a deal with Apple to stream his material. This means his "mixtape" is eligible for the Billboard album charts this week, and Hits Daily Double is projecting Chance will become the first artist to ever hit the top ten off of just streams

For its first week, Coloring Book is projected to do 40-50K. That could land Chance's tape as high as fifth place on the album's charts. (Drake and Beyonce are expected to fight it out for number 1.)

At this point, Chance has to get nominated for a GRAMMY. Hopefully the NARAS will change their policy on not nominating "free" music, or maybe Chance just found his loophole with the streaming aspect.
