Chance The Rapper Reaches Agreement In Child Support Case

by Daryl Nelson

Chance The Rapper and his baby's mother Kirsten Corley came to an amicable agreement in their child support case for their daughter Kensli Bennett.

According to the Chicago Sun Times, the case is now closed after lawyers for both sides, as well as Corley, signed a legal agreement. Chano wasn't present for the signing.

Corley's lawyer, Enrico Mirabelli, praised the couple for putting "their child first" and said they should be used as an example.

"Really, that's the way it should be done," he said. "And when you settle between yourselves, you leave nothing to chance."
Chano's lawyer Tanya Stanish agreed and called the agreement fair.

"The parties have reached a full agreement," she stated. "The case is concluded. I'm going to give major credit to Chance and Kirsten for working together to reach a deal that's fair for their daughter, fair for them both."
It's a pretty happy ending for the rapper, isn't it? Considering he could have been hashing this thing out in court for a very long time.
