The 14-year old was sentenced to five years probation yesterday in Delray Beach, FL after pleading guilty to two counts of grand theft, a count of possession of marijuana, and a count filing a false police report.

The incidents occurred before she got famous for her Dr. Phil appearance.

The charges were unrelated to a more recent incident in which she was picked up for throwing ice cream and inciting a brawl.

She will be able to do her probation in California, which is where she now lives with her mom.

No word on how this affects the "rap tour" she's been planning and will apparently get up to 50K a show for.
