9lokkNine allegedly wanted to be the only rapper out of Orlando and used violence to achieve that goal, according to new state attorney Monique Worrell.
Worrell was just sworn in and she is making it her priority to prosecute 9lokkNine on five counts of attempted murder, which stem from the Cash Money signee's All Family No Friends Gang's war with the 438s, which are repped by Hotboii, another rising Orlando rapper.
The battle is said to have claimed five lives so far, including a three-year old caught in the crossfire In addition to Worrell's quest, the FBI is investigating both gangs for racketeering.
In October, 9lokkNine was arrested at an Orlando mail for weapons possession after he was shot at. The incident caused the evacuation of the Mall at Millinia, but 9lokkNine was unharmed.
The 20-year-old's first Cash Money mixtape, Mind of Destruction, features Lil Durk and Rich The Kid.
