Cash Money Has Less Than Three Weeks To Respond To Turk's Lawsuit

by HHL Editors

Cash Money may want to ignore the $1.3 million lawsuit Turk is bringing against the label, but it's not going to go away.

The former Hot Boy just hit Birdman and Slim, as well as Money Mack Music, with a summons requiring them to respond to his pending lawsuit or face the consequences.

"If they don’t answer by March 11, it will be declared a default judgement,” Turk told AllHipHop.

Turk's lawsuit alleges Cash Money failed to pay any advances, royalties, artist royalties, or music publishing for his recordings released by the label.

Baby has a long history of not paying anyone until a lawsuit is imminent, and he now has less than three weeks to either pay up or get his lawyers going.

It's a legal team that is already busy with lawsuits filed by Lil Wayne concerning Tha Carter V and Jas Prince concerning Drake's royalties.
