Casanova Was On Suicide Watch Before He Pled Guilty

Earlier this week, Casanova pled guilty to RICO and narcotics offenses in federal court.

He will get between 5 and 60 years when he is sentenced on December 6.

Casa specifically admitted to participating in gambling-related a shooting in Florida in 2020, a robbery in New York City in 2018, and trafficking over 100 kilograms of weed.

Casa also conceded that jail had broken him and he had to be put on suicide watch.

It wasn't the first time Casa became a danger to himself.  The 35-year old said he made multiple suicide attempts as a teen and spent time in NYC's notorious Bellvue hospital.

In addition to suffering from mental illness, Casa told the court he has drug-related issues.
