Vybz Kartel has been diagnosed with Graves' disease. That could be why his face appeared to be swollen after being released from prison last month on an overturned murder conviction.
Some began making fun of the dancehall artist, so Cardi B defended him on Twitter Spaces.
"I do not play about f*cking Vybz Kartel,"she said. "When I see y'all f*cking Americans —No offense, I mean, I'm American — but when I see y'all talking about f*cking Vybz Kartel, I be getting upset ... Mind your f***ing business. I do not play about f*cking Vybz Kartel, b*tch, at all. I do not."
This is the second time this month that Cardi defended someone. A few weeks ago, she stuck up for two women who were getting yelled at in New York.
