His latest blunder came when he tried to shout out all the folks in Houston who are struggling with the category 4 hurricane Harvey.

Well, that's not how Twitter took it. As you can see, many more people reacted to the tweets slamming Bow Wow for his empty gesture than reacted to his initial tweet.
