Boosie Badazz doesn't think he'll ever win a Grammy because of his rough persona.
So he has an idea:
Let the ghetto have its own ceremony, and let the people in the hood pick the winners.
"I probably won't never win a motherfuckin' Grammy," he said on Instagram. "You gotta understand, I'm the bad boy. Kind of like the bad boy of the industry. I ain't really that Grammy nigga, but if they had a ghetto Grammy? If they had a fucking Grammy in the motherfuckin' hood? ... I'd have 55 motherfuckin' Grammys."After this year's ceremony ended, many were upset that Adele's album 25 beat Beyoncé's Lemonade for Album of the Year, including Kendrick Lamar, Solange, Frank Ocean and others. Some said racism was involved, although Grammy president Neil Portnow has pushed back on that accusation.
