Boosie Badazz Says Police Officer Is Responsible For Twins Being Born Prematurely

by Daryl Nelson

In April of this year, Boosie Badazz and his family had a nasty run-in with an off-duty officer from the Biloxi, Miss. police department. And now he's filed a lawsuit against Dillard's, the department store where it all went down.

According to Boosie, he was merely shopping and talking to fans at the time, when the off-duty officer — who was working for the store — told him to leave.

Once the rapper resisted, the officer sprayed him and his pregnant cousin with mace. As a result, according to the suit, Boosie's cousin gave birth to her twins prematurely. The suit states that both babies now have cardiac and respiratory issues from the mace.

So the rapper is suing Dillard's for emotional distress, liability, and negligence.  A dollar amount wasn't reported.

Do you think Boosie has a case?
