In 2010, Boosie Badazz was charged with the first-degree murder of Terry Boyd, which prosecutors say resulted from a turf dispute.

Boosie would have faced the death penalty if convicted, but it took the jury only ten minutes to find him not guilty.

Boosie was found guilty of an additional drug charge and ended up doing about four years.

When he was locked up, Jeezy held him down.

Boosie spoke on what the Snowman did for him and his family while watching Jeezy perform at the “Grammy Salute to 50 Years of Hip-Hop” concert in Los Angeles.

“That’s my boy! He gave me $20,000 in jail. I’ll never forget it. He gave my mama $20,000 cash. Boy, that n*gga helped," Boosie said of Jeezy.
