Bobby Shmurda's U.S. tour was supposed to start next week, but it's been canceled for low ticket sales.
That's according to booking agent Philip Stengel, who said the rapper sold only 10 tickets in each city and no tickets at all in other cities.
Stengel shared that information after Bobby apologized to his fans for the canceled tour. The Brooklyn rapper also posted screenshots of some heated exchanges he had with Stengel.
"Hey bitch lmk if you need the book mailing address to sue me," Stengel told Bobby in one message. "And anytime we can run the f*cking fade ain’t no bitch here you ain’t gonna talk to me like you have been."
"Let's be clear: the tour was canceled because average ticket sales across markets were 10 per city," wrote Stengel in another message. "That's not viable under any circumstances-no matter the artist or budget ... Bobby Shmurda chose to publicly vent rather than acknowledge performance metrics. His frustration is understood, but the numbers don't lie. The problem wasn't promotion-it was demand."
Meanwhile, Bobby believes the canceled tour is Stengel's fault.
