Lots of legal doings for Bobby Shmurda last week.
He was given an October 5th trial date on guns, drugs and attempted murders charges, and was also re-arrested and picked up an additional felony charge for having a prison shank.
According to the New York Daily News, he got the shiv from his girlfriend Kimberly Rousseau during a visit.
The 20-year-old Shmurda, whose real name is Ackquille Pollard, was busted June 21 after a guard allegedly saw Kimberly Rousseau, 18, pull a black latex glove balloon wrapped in black electrical tape out of her bra and hand it to him. The guard opened the balloon and found a "sharpened metal object" according to a criminal complaint.Multiple sources have reported that Rosseau has already pleaded guilty to promoting prison contraband and criminal possession of a weapon, but we can't confirm that.
In May, Shmurda was involved in a Crips vs. Bloods prison fight.
