Before Tekashi 6ix9ine, there was Bobby Shmurda.

Of course, Shmurda did Brooklyn proud and handled his business a lot differently than singing 6ix9ine. In fact, he took extra time so his boy Rowdy Rebel could get less time.

Now it looks like Shmurda has a release date.

"Bobby Shmurda is scheduled to be released from jail on December 11th 2020," reads a Tweet from Hip Hop Facts.

If that's the case, he will have ended up serving about six years.
