St. Louis rapper Bizzie Gambino [ Derrick Ayres] is dead and police believe his brother is his killer.

22-year old William Miller is in custody after being arrested for second-degree murder.

According to Gambino's manager, the shooting occurred at Miller's home in Florissant, Missouri.  A witness who spoke to the police said the heard Gambino arguing with a male relative at around 3 AM Thursday night before hearing gunfire. Gambino was pronounced dead on the scene.  He was 27.
