Lil Wayne is suing Birdman.

He's also getting sued with Birdman.

According to TMZ, Cash Money and Lil Wayne are among those being sued $ 3.3 million for sampling "obscure" songs in two CM tracks.

The lawsuit states the sampled songs' writers haven't been paid for the Lloyd ft. Lil Wayne track 'You' and the Glasses Malone ft. Akon track 'Certified. 'You' samples Spandeau Ballet's 80's hit 'True,' but it's unclear if that's the sample in question.

Birdman is notorious for never paying anyone, including his "son" Wayne, who's seeking $51 million from "daddy.

As usual the lawyers are the big winners. (Unless Birdman's gone full retard and isn't paying them either.)
