Birdman rarely pays people.
You can get away with that when dealing with rappers and producers.
Dealing with a bank is another matter.
In 2015, Baby took out a $12.5 million loan against the $14.5 million Miami mansion he bought in 2012.
He's since defaulted on the loan and the lender wants to foreclose on the home so they can recover their money plus late fees.
It happens to be the same 20,000 square foot, seven bedroom, 12 bathroom home that Scott Storch used to own. So the mansion has a history with deadbeats.
Birdman put the property on the market for $20 million earlier this year. However, he didn't get any offers and recently dropped the price to $16.9 million
