Given his name, his signature hand rubbing gesture, and his prominent tats, there has always been a comic book aspect to the Birdman.
So it doesn't seem so out of place to see Baby on the cover of custom edition No. 11 ‘The Amazing Spider-Man.' The issue is sponsored by Lugz, and Birdman's inclusion is to celebrate the 20 year anniversary of his signature Lugz boot.
“Birdman was excited when I brought the comic book opportunity to him. We put Kingpin from the comic world together with the kingpin of the music world with this special collector’s edition cover,” explained Lugz VP of Marketing Rashaun Smith.
Birdman's Spider-Man covers follows Rea Sremmurd getting the front of Captain America last month.
