Bill Cosby To be Freed After Sex Assault Conviction Overturned

by HHL JT

Bill Cosby is coming home.

This morning, Pennsylvania's highest court overturned the 83-year old's sexual assault conviction after finding an agreement with a previous prosecutor prevented him from being charged in the case.  The high court also ruled it prejudicial that the judge allowed the prosecutor to call five women with similar drug-and-rape stories as Andrea Constand, the woman he was convicted of assaulting.

He had already served about two years of a ten-year sentence.

Cosby had recently turned down a chance at parole by refusing the therapy that would have come with early release.

He has maintained his innocence. Now he's off on a technicality.

It's unclear if the state of Pennsylvania will try him again.

Pudding pops for everyone.
