Big Sean Talks Ariana Grande And His New Album

Big Sean is a pretty big deal these days. His jam "I Don't Fuck With You" overcome its profane title to be one of the hits of September. He's about to drop a new EP, and says he's putting the finishing touches on a studio album which would be the follow up his 2013 hit "Hall of Fame."

Sean Don is also dating Nickelodeon princess turned pop princess Ariana Grande. As big as Sean is, his boo might be bigger. Her recent album "My Everything" was posted all over billboards and buses,  and the nude pics of her that popped up in the notorious "Fappening" enthralled the Web.

So it was to be expected that the topic of Grande would come up during Big Sean's Friday visit to "On-Air With Ryan Seacrest"

"I like to keep my personal life personal,” he told Seacrest. “But I am going to tell you this: That Ariana is very, very special. She’s very special to me. Everything she has going on is good with her, everything I have going on is good with me, everything between me and her is good, and I’m just going to leave it at that."

In another interview, this one with 106 KMEL, Sean revealed that Chris Brown will be on his new album, and that he hopes to squeeze in some studio time with Pharrell before the album is complete.

He described the effort as "darker" and more "intense" than "Hall of Fame."

"I’m just in straight beast mode. I’m not angry, but I’m passionate," Sean explained. "I’m just going in to the best of my ability on every single beat—not lagging, not cutting anything short, giving it 110 percent, going for blood."
