"I do feel like I’m being harassed or bullied," said Benny. "I just found out I’m on the FBI watchlist back home. They raided my studio about two months ago. I haven’t even been home in three months. I don’t even know what the f*ck is going on."

He continued. "They hear my name, these n*ggas is running their mouth talking. I’m the biggest thing to happen in Buffalo since the wings and Josh Allen. It’s getting crazy and I almost just want to have a lawyer, send an email to these n*ggas, man. It’s just like what the f*ck?"

The Burden of Proof rapper spoke about his crew, the Black Soprano Family, in another part the interview and said people aren't even allowed to wear BSF shirts in his hometown.

"In the city of Buffalo, New York, a BSF shirt is considered gang sh*t," he explained. "They make people take the sh*t off when they come to parole. Black Soprano Family, we’re known as the active gang to the Buffalo Police Department, that’s how they got us pegged."

Benny was promoting his Def Jam debut, Everybody Can't Go, during the chat

He inked the deal in 2021, but many have said he made a mistake by signing to a major.
