Beanie Sigel Working on 'Still Public Enemy' Mixtape

By Sermon

Beanie Sigel's name has been all over the media since he was shot in New Jersey last month. While he's recovering, we have news for fans clamoring for new music from the 40-year old. Beans is working on Still Public Enemy, a follow-up to his 2004 critically acclaimed mixtape Public Enemy #1.

This is what Jahlil Beats said in an interview with Nahright about Still Public Enemy:

“I think that Beans is gonna surprise ‘em too. We doing Still Public Enemy. His last big joint with Green Lantern was Public Enemy #1. This joint is Still Public Enemy. It’s like a mixtape, but it’s like an album because [it has] all my shit. Shit gonna be crazy. I got some surprises on that joint. I think Beans is still getting Green Lantern. Ain’t nothing changed, we just doing shit up-to-date. Some shit that is modern right now.”
Jahil goes on to say that he's unsure when the project will be dropping, and that it may not even be this year even though it's only January. Let's hope Sigel recovers and gets back to working on the tape. Also, do yourself a favor and listen to Public Enemy #1 below if you haven't.
