Tragic news tonight from Manchester, England.
At least 19 are dead after multiple explosions that happened as fans were leaving Manchester Arena after an Ariana Grande show.
Those on the scene reported two large blasts.
We can confirm there was an incident as people were leaving the Ariana Grande show last night. The incident took place outside the venue in a public space. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims," police said on Twitter.The police added that the attack, which they believe used nail bombs, is being treated as terrorism.
Grande was unhurt in the incident.
