Celina Powell's aggressive groupie antics and tactics are the stuff of sad legends.
Her latest move is to get a tattoo of former NFL star Antonio Brown's face on her face.
While Brown is deep in the throes of CTE, he's still cognizant enough to recognize how ridiculous this is and called her out accordingly.
